Chaos to calm
Starting from scratch, develop and implement processes, ensure documentation is up to date, get everything shipshape with the view to handing it on in an easy to manage state to the business owner or member of staff. This could be a set fee package for X amount of weeks work then I walk away when done. This would maybe appeal to a sole trader whose business has become so successful they don’t have time to manage the paperwork, maybe they have someone who would want to take over the admin once it was in a manageable format but isn’t in a position to get it up and running.

A Helping Hand
Where there are already procedures in place but they need updating and made more efficient. This would appeal to companies that have been trading a while and maybe have just lost a member of staff and need up to date procedures to train onto new staff or maybe the existing staff are swamped with inefficient processes which are overwhelming them.
